Sunday, January 3. 2010"FRIENDS" Quilt Top DoneOK OK! ! ! So it took me 8 or 9 years to get this far.....HAHA SO does that mean I have another 8 years to get it completely "finished"? I got the blocks out the other day...really all I intended to do was put the new ones from OzJan away and the more I looked at them the more I decided it needed to be finished. Even tho I'm not a 'brown' person I thot it needed a plain brown....nothing fancy or it would take away from the blocks. Found what I think is the perfect brown to bring them all together. Now I don't have a clue what to put on the back....will have to go shopping I guess!

Looks fabulous ! Now I need to get off my butt and finish mine !
I've got another idea for setting mine but I haven't worked it out yet. I was thinking of log cabin blocks in between but that would make it huge, so we shall see. Maybe this spring I can get it done. You've inspired me ! Love ya! Deb |
